Wherever possible, we avoid using unnecessary packaging material for our products. For collars, leashes and harnesses, we send the products in washing bags in which you can wash the products in the washing machine. Accessories have as few and sustainable labels and packaging as possible.

As an online store, you can also find all information about your order online. Delivery note, invoice, filling material – all waste of paper. You will receive everything about your order by email.
All packages leave our warehouse (Mon-Thurs) 24 hours after receipt of full payment.
Our packaging materials are 100% plastic-free and are sustainably certified.
