Shipping costs and delivery times

At Vitomalia, we want you to know exactly when and how your order will arrive, so you can find all the important information here:

Note: We offer free delivery in DE-AT-CH for orders over 99€.

Shipping information

Orders received before 12:00 noon from Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day, with the exception of pre-orders and unpaid orders. Orders received after 12:00 noon are dispatched the next working day. Please note that additional customs and import fees may apply for some countries outside the EU, especially Switzerland.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If this is not the case, you have the right to cancel products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, except in the case of errors on our part, in which case we will provide a free return label.

Sustainability and conscious shopping: Our approach of not covering the costs of returns is part of our sustainability concept. We want to prevent goods from being bought randomly and then returned unnecessarily. Every return means additional packaging, takes up delivery capacity and leads to unnecessary CO2 emissions. Our aim is to work with our customers to help protect the environment and promote conscious consumer behaviour.

For returns from Switzerland: Please note that as a Swiss customer you buy VAT-free from us. Customs duties and Swiss VAT are payable on imports into Switzerland. You can apply for a refund of import duties on returns.
